Text Messages (SMS)

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive service-related text messages from Otto Mobile Detail, LLC — such as booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and updates about your service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

What We Don't Do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with anyone except the service providers that make our business run (scheduling, payments, invoicing), and only as needed to serve you.

Service Providers

We use trusted third-party platforms for scheduling, payments, and communications (such as Jobber). Information you provide during booking is handled by those platforms under their own privacy policies as well as ours.

Data Retention

We keep customer and job records as long as needed to serve you and to meet ordinary business and tax requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will unless we're required to keep it.

Your Choices

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by contacting us. You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP.
